Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping & Returns Policy
PROCESSING
Online orders are processed Monday - Sunday. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders placed during National Holidays will be processed and/or shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST Monday-Sunday (excluding National Holidays) will be processed on the following business day.

SHIPPING
Free standard shipping is available for all store items with an exception of items in our "Clearance" collection. At this time, Room on East does not fulfill orders outside of the continental United States. In addition, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes (P.O. Box).

Once your package is shipped, you will be notified via email with your package(s) information including your tracking number.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, Room on East will be glad to assist you in your return process.
Refund requests must be made within 14 Days after the item has been delivered. Shipping charges of any kind are non-refundable. Refunds will only be made in the original form of payment. Refunds typically take 3 - 5 business days to reflect on your account. Processing time for refunds may vary based on credit card provider and/or banking institution. Items are not eligible for refund after 14 days of delivery date.
Refund requests received after fourteen(14) days from the item delivery date will receive a refund in the form of store credit only.
We do not accept refund requests thirty(30) days after the item has been delivered.
We offer a full refund or a replacement on packages that
- Products arrived badly damaged
- are incorrect or missing products

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders containing erroneous prices including but not limited to those caused by technical or administrative errors on our part.
CANCELLATION
Customers have 24hrs to cancel any order. If cancellation is requested after item(s) have been processed, customers will only be reimbursed the price of the item and not the shipping fees. If cancellation is requested after item(s) have been shipped, customers must contact Client services by email at Refunds@roomoneast.com to process an exchange or refund.
